JonnyPops manufactures, markets, and sells popsicles as “organic water pops” in over five different flavors. These products are marketed as being “made with simple ingredients” alongside prominent depictions of real fruits on their packaging.
However, testing indicates that these products contain an unhealthy amount of added sugar, which is not disclosed on the front of the box. By not disclosing the large amount of added sugar present in their products, JonnyPops is engaging in misleading and deceptive marketing practices.
